Bottom: The Great Escape

Service Description

The Great Escape - June 24-26 Never stay down. This module is dedicated entirely to bottom wrestling standup techniques, switches, rolls, and advanced escape sequences. Athletes will drill high-percentage escapes, learn to create space, and develop the hip movement and hand speed to get out from under any opponent. Build the confidence and technique to earn an escape every time. Commuter ONLY: Full daily training and tournament access with lunch provided. Athletes train from morning through afternoon and return home each evening.
